Michelle Bacso RPQ, MACP

Michelle is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with over a decade of professional experience in the field of women's mental well-being, empowerment, and relationships.

Michelle has specialized training in perinatal/maternal mental health as well as couples counselling, and anxiety/mood disorders. Therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and tailored to each client, which may include DBT, CBT, IFS, EFT, and/or ACT.

This is a safe space to let it all out, feel seen and heard, and develop skills to support you on your journey.

 

Hannah Olsen REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Hannah has a passion to learn, understand and journey with individuals as they move through life. She appreciates each person's unique and meaningful experience. She graduated with a Hon. BA in psychology from York University and received her master's degree from Tyndale University.


Her hope and vision in counselling is to join people on their journeys to help them better understand and manage their life circumstances. Her desire is to see individuals experience being encouraged, valued, and have a sense of agency in their lives. Hannah's counselling experience includes emotional regulation, stress management, improving communication skills, time management, spirituality, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties. Hannah uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Focusing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in her counselling. She has special interest in working with children, teens and young adults; helping each person to be firmly grounded in who they are, and confident in their ability to develop healthy relationships and lifestyles. Ultimately, she desires to help individuals be restored to who they are created to be and to pursue their calling in life.
