Teen Athlete Development

 

Session Starts : Tuesday September 12th 2023

Runs: Tuesday & Thursday 4pm

Ages: 13-17

Commitment: Monthly (this program auto renews monthly but you can cancel anytime. We recommend at least a 12 week commitment for best results)

Our Teen Athlete Development Program is a strength and conditioning class focused on quality of movement & fitness development. Led by an expert coach in a small group setting, this program is safe, inclusive & fun! Our program can help any young athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.

If your teen is only able to make either the Tuesday or Thursday committment, you have the option to sign up for 1x/ week below!
