  • Chronic pain

  • Headaches, whiplash or concussions

  • Back and pelvic pain related to pregnancy

  • Sciatica

  • Sports-related injuries

  • Overall health and wellness and sports performance

  • And more

What are the benefits of chiropractic treatments?

Chiropractic care can help patients improve the overall motion and function of their joints, muscles, and ligaments. It can also help you decrease chronic pain, increase overall mobility and help improve your health and wellbeing. Our experienced chiropractors can provide our patients with individualized treatments that are safe and effective for anyone at any age and any fitness level.

Why choose Anchor Health?

At Anchor Health, our team of chiropractors are highly educated and trained extensively to properly assess, diagnose, treat and prevent many conditions and disorders that originate from the spine, joints, muscles or nervous systems. These can include disorders that cause back pain, neck pain, headaches, constant pain in your arms and legs, and more.

Many patients look for chiropractic care to help with their overall wellbeing. Many others, such as older adults, find treatment helps them with their mobility levels and helps them maintain their mobility and a good range of motion. You should never have pain as a way of life, especially if you have access to qualified help.

There are many reasons that you might want to seek out chiropractic care. This can be due to work, accidents, sports-related injuries, repetitive household chores, and even the daily motions of living can be the source of painful joint and spinal issues. However, even if you do not experience chronic pain, going in for chiropractic care can still help you maintain the overall health of your spine and joint function.

Is chiropractic treatment only for the spine?

While chiropractors are known as specialists of the spine, they still have plenty of highly specialized knowledge of the nervous system and soft tissue for conditions that affect muscles and joints. Many chiropractors will include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, exercise suggestions and other treatments, including acupuncture.

What is an adjustment?

Adjustments are precise pressure and movement applied by hand to a joint of the body. Adjustments help to loosen a joint to restore proper movement and mobility and to help optimize function in the body. When a joint gets adjusted, it will create a gas bubble within it which is why you will hear a popping noise when it gets adjusted.
