Why ANCHOR?

Anchor is a 5500 sqft health & fitness studio located in the heart of Keswick, ON.

Keswick is a growing community of 30,000 people. Despite our massive growth, there are few options for high quality, boutique products. Our community wants companies like you local!

We house a full service health clinic, fitness studio & The Well Room Hot Yoga Studio.

Our business draws over 100 people inside everyday.

The boutique is located front of house, meaning all of these eyes will be on your products.

Our front desk staff will be available to cash out and package your items.


What does it cost?

The boutique membership ranges from $60 - $200/month.

There is a 3 month initial commitment after which you can go month to month, cancelling anytime with 30 day written notice.

Payments are taken through our easy auto-renew payment software. A credit card on file is required by all makers.

A $10 fee applies to all NSF or late payment. Late payment is anything not paid on your contractually agreed upon date of monthly payment.


How do you promote me?

ANCHOR is committed to supporting you & your business.

In addition to the 100+ people in our facility each day viewing your products, you will also receive:


PACKAGE A (standard with all memberships)

  • photos/video posted 2-3 per week week on our Instagram on @anchor.georgina

  • daily promotion on our TV in our waiting room

If you wish for additional promotion, you may upgrade to the following package:


PACKAGE B (additional $15/month)

  • 3 photos on our website

  • 4 photo or video stories/month on @anchor.georgina & @anchor.kids.georgina

  • daily promotion on our TV

  • 1 advertisement in our email newsletter/month (4000 subscribers)

How much space is a shelf?

1 shelf = 26" deep x 75" long x 10" tall

When will I hear back after applying?

You will hear back from us via email within 3 business days.

Can I choose my space?
You will have your choice of available spaces at the time of your application.


Can I sell in other stores?

Of course! You are free to set up wherever you choose.

Can I come see the space?

Yes! Pop by during business hours and we’ll help you out. Feel free to call before you come to check how busy our staff is and find a time.

Saturday & Sunday

When can I restock?
Anytime we are open!

What is the commitment?
All businesses must commit to 3 months initially, after which your membership goes month to month. You can upgrade or cancel at anytime, with 30 days written notice.

How do I move in?
Once your application is accepted, we will provide information for moving in.

Do you have a limit on business style?
Yes, we want to ensure a diverse shopping experience in our boutique. If your category is currently full, we will place you on our waitlist and reach out once a space opens up!
