Michelle specializes in working with ambitious women as they navigate challenges in their relationships.  She works with individuals, and couples.  

 

Meet Hannah - Hannah has over a decade of experience working with individuals, families and couples. She specializes in youth, teens & couples therapy.

You may want support with:

  • anxiety & depression

  • emotional regulation

  • parenting

  • stress managament

  • relationship difficulties

Hannah uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy and Experiential Therapy in her counselling.

Hannah has special interest in helping each person to be firmly grounded in who they are, and confident in their ability to develop healthy relationships and lifestyles. Ultimately, she desires to help individuals realize their full potential.

 

HOW PSYCHOTHERAPY BOOKING WORKS

  2. Meet with your therapist

  3. Map out the best course of action for you - your therapist will likely recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to start for best results.

  4. Each individual session is 50-60 minutes and will include treatment tailored to your needs.
