Become a vital part of our large multi-disciplinary clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional perinatal healthcare within a well-coordinated, collaborative environment.

Our current team of Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) maintains consistently high demand, with daily waitlists. We are seeking RMTs who are prepared to make an immediate impact and cultivate a busy schedule from day one.

This opportunity welcomes both new graduates and seasoned professionals.

ROLE SUMMARY

As an ANCHOR RMT you will offer 45, 60 and 90 minute massages (negotiable based on circumstances) in a private clinical setting. You will have a full admin team to do your booking & billing for you. Linens are provided. We provide new, hydraulic, adjustable massage tables. Just bring your own oil!

WORKING HOURS

Flexible scheduling with clinic operations spanning 5-6 days per week. Preference for candidates open to weekend availability (negotiable based on circumstances).

We are a 5500sq ft clinic located in the heart of fast-growing Georgina. We offer private treatment rooms to ensure a quiet & confidential one on one experience with your therapist.

Easy payment + paperless transactions for patients makes booking & billing a breeze. An exceptional admin team means you stay in your zone of genius - just show up and provide exceptional patient care!

Note: we do not accept new MVA or WSIB patients.

This role provides compensation based on a percentage split (70/30 = up to $80 for a one-hour massage) along with opportunities for innovation and group-based workshops. Our diverse, interdisciplinary team benefits from competent management, streamlined operations, and unwavering practitioner support. We recognize that our clinics' strength correlates with our practitioners' success. As such, we diligently maintain practitioner satisfaction by ensuring full schedules. Our 24-hour cancellation policy coupled with the ability to promptly fill canceled appointments results in minimal downtime.
